Is seafood better for digestion than red meat? If so, why is that?

it contains more good things (like omega3 found only in fish) - my partner was told by doctors to eat seafod for her aneamia.

Maybe because most of it lives in it's natural environment and not on farms.

Maybe if we eat wild animal, we can get more good things from animal's meat?

Yes, sea food is much better and i love to have it. It gets digested much faster than red meat and there are lots of other valueable things for which i prefer sea food.

Seafood(fish) is much more healthier than eating red meat. Fish has less fats and is good for brain.

It may be, but as with all things it is important to eat it in moderation.

I agree but not all seafood are better for digestion (my idea), some can create allergy to human body (including the digest organ).
