Is there any bread that is much healthier than other breads? If so, which one is that? Which bread is the healthiest?

the best bread is the one with the most whole grains in it. This way you will get more of the fatty oils from the grains and more fiber than you would get from plain white bread

Personally I always buy Hovis granary bread (blueish packaging). I think granary tastes a lot better than other breads, I live those seeds and stuff.

i eat : Genesis Bread, Sprouted Grain & Seed Bread, Organic, Food for Life.
Its all from sprouted grains and has NO sugar ... I love the taste and it doesnt make me feel heavy when I eat it .

Give it a try ... i think is easier to find in an organic market

For me the healthiest bread is Whole Wheat Bread. Fiber aids digestion and most people are aware of this. However, fiber's benefits go beyond healthy digestion. Fiber helps you feel full and makes it easier for you to control your weight.
