|hey everyone. here goes,
im 18, about 5' 11" weight about 9 1/2 stone. kinda lanky!! lol. pretty new to training etc. spent about 6 months last year going to the gym 3-4 times a week and doing all round CV exercise and weights. didnt really take much notice of my diet. one day i realised that i could not see any results of the last 6 months, so i gave up. my intention was to bulk up a bit, get a bit of definition, and extra strength. i also wanted to fill out clothes a bit more, and not appear so lanky.
could anyone please advise me on what i really should be doing. my hectic lifestyle means that i cant really plan my diet down to a T. also, are there any safe and legal drugs (?) / supplements i could be taking to enhance muscle growth when i start again, i would like to start seeing some results in less that 6 months (if possible), otherwise i am liable to get pissed off and bored again!! lol.
really sorry if you get posts like this everyday from idiots who havent been looking in the right places!! i just want some advice to get me looking good for NEXT summer, seeing as i missed achieving that goal for this one!!
