A new exhibition will explain some of the secrets behind the science that helps top sporting heroes be the best.
Visitors to London's Science Museum can test their reflexes, reactions and muscle power on the latest equipment and then watch replays of how they did.

Some top sporting pros have already taken some of the tests so visitors can see if they're better than the stars.

Also on display are the latest designs in sports tech including breathing equipment used by Jonny Wilkinson.

If all that sounds like hard work, there's a chance to find out how our bodies power us to sporting success with the right diet.

British sprinter Darren Campbell helped launch the gallery and said: "It takes a lot of hard work in training, but knowing about the science of sports helps a lot."

The Museum's IMAX cinema is also screening the fast-paced film Top Speed which gives a close-up view of the human quest for speed.
