I have to do a short lesson on reviewing Pythagora's theorem. The attendees will be BTEC Sport's Science students. I believe Sport's Science is a BTEC level 3 subject?

Anyway, not knowing anything about this type of audience, and wanting to do my prep properly, I was wondering whether you'd give me some advice/views? E.g., why would BTEC Sport's Science students be reviewing Pythagora's theorem - how is it applicable (I have ideas, but they may be incorrect)? And, what should one expect from such an audience regarding their maths attainment level? ANY advice would be very welcome!

Thank you!
